Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned décor, we will process your refund to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
